I have only had my new 2018 Camry Hybrid for a week and so far am loving it. Maplewood Toyota was a great experience.
The repairs which were needed for our Tundra were professionally done. We use Maplewood Toyota for our vehicles because we trust their technicians to find and repair the things that are needed to keep us safe as we travel. We want to use Toyota approved parts in our vehicles.

Joe did a great job of checking me in. The service was done in a timely manner and allowed me to proceed on time to me work.
The check-in process is smooth and efficient. I was greeted several times by different employees. I told Wong Vue, the service advisor that checked me in, that my "maintenance required" light had come on, and that I was having trouble pushing the release button on the back seat to lower it. He jumped in the back right away and solved the problem. All that was needed for this particular maintenance visit was tire rotation, and because I had purchased mine from this dealership, there was no charge. I had brought work to do, and waited there. It was a busy afternoon, I had not made an appointment, and I was out in about an hour.
Verify what work to do, gives an estimate of time, informs you if any delays, after work is completed covers what was done. Very good service.
We were so impressed with Salesman Todd Hubbard and the gentlemen who handled the financing (we forgot his name). We were handled professionally from start to finish.
Once again the check-in process was pleasant and thorough. Getting the bad news about our air conditioner condenser and the impact damage that had occurred was not what we wanted to hear, but the advice and care we received made the news bearable. Like previous visits to Maplewood Toyota's Service Center, our needs were taken care of in a professional manner with courteous and caring technicians. Thankful even though misfortune happened to us.
