Toyota President’s Cabinet Award
The President’s Cabinet Award is Toyota’s most exclusive and prestigious honor. Limited to only 12 dealerships in the entire country, this elite award recognizes a combination of operational superiority, high volume sales, and most importantly, outstanding customer satisfaction performance. Maplewood Toyota has won this award the past ten years.
Board of Governors
Maplewood Toyota is among a distinguished group of dealers with outstanding vehicle sales performance to be honored with Toyota’s Board of Governors Award. This award is given to the top 60 volume dealers in the country who also have attained outstanding customer satisfaction performance. Maplewood Toyota has won this award the past ten years.
Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious President’s Award. It’s the highest honor a dealership can receive from Toyota, and is only awarded to those dealerships who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s high standards for customer satisfaction. One of Toyota’s primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle. Offering top quality cars and trucks is, of course, the first step – but only the beginning. Toyota dealers strive to match the quality of products with the finest service in the industry. In order to qualify as a President’s Award winner, dealerships must excel in each of a series of categories, including Customer Sales Satisfaction and Customer Service Satisfaction. Dealerships which meet the requirements in all categories receive name badge recognition at all dealer events, national recognition in an Automotive News advertisement and, of course, the beautiful President’s Award Tiffany crystal trophy. Maplewood Toyota has won this award the past 19 years.
Customer First Advisory Board Award
The Customer First Advisory Board Award recognizes the top 50 parts, service and customer satisfaction dealerships nationally. Membership within the CFAB is based on dealership achievement in sales, customer satisfaction and profits. Maplewood Toyota has won this award the past 10 years.
Dealer of The Year Award
Since 2009 DealerRater has annually awarded U.S. and Canadian dealerships for distinction in outstanding customer service based upon reviews of consumers’ experiences shared on DealerRater. DOTY awards are given to car dealerships by brand category at the national level as well as the state/provincial level. Maplewood Toyota has won this award the past three years.
Consumer Satisfaction Award
First awarded in 2015, the Consumer Satisfaction Award is awarded to the top 10% of U.S. franchise dealers, as well as top-performing independent and Canadian dealers that show a commitment to great customer service as expressed through online consumer reviews posted on DealerRater and then scored based on their DealerRater PowerScore. Maplewood Toyota has won this award the past three years.
Toyota Certificate of Excellence Award
The Certificate of Excellence Award is given to dealers that achieve outstanding performance in Sales and Service.
Sales Excellence Award
This award recognizes Toyota Sales Managers who demonstrate outstanding performance in professional development, new vehicle sales, and sales personnel management. Intense, year-long training and focus are required to attain this award.
Master Level Sales Society Award
The Toyota Sales Society honors Sales Consultants who demonstrate outstanding sales performance as well as a high level of customer satisfaction. The Master Level can only be attained by the top 50 volume salespeople in the country.
Toyota Service Excellence Award
This award recognizes Toyota dealers that exemplify top operational standards in Service and Parts, and achieve overall excellence in operations contributing to long term customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer Relations Excellence Award
This Award recognizes dealerships that achieve overall excellence in their Customer Relations Operations, ensuring the Dealership’s overall commitment to focus on the customer.
