Our Service department is staffed with the most qualified technicians ready to answer your questions and address your service needs. Use our online form to schedule an appointment or contact our service department if you have any additional questions.

For your convenience we offer the following services:
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
(one way to home or work)
Monday - Thursday 7:45 am to 6:00 pm
Friday 7:45 am to 3:00 pm

EARLY BIRD SERVICE:
If you stop by before we open or ater we close, just fill out one of our envelopes from the box on the service door, mark the number of the parking spot where you parked your vehicle, then drop it through the letter slot in the door. We will contact you when we open if you leave any special instructions or questions.

QUICK LUBE SERVICE:
For your convenience we offer you quick lube service and tire rotation while you wait.
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am to Midnight
Friday - Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

SERVICE LOUNGE:
Our spacious service lounge is waiting for you. Relax in front of our 600 gallon fish tank or catch up on the news on our TV. We have several computer stations and offer free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or filtered water while munching on a donut or cookie.

NEW OWNER CELEBRATION
Thursdays are exciting in our Service Department! We hold a new owner celebration on the second and third Thursday of every month.

Have you ever purchased a vehicle and had a list of questions that never got answered? This is where you get your answers. Experience your vehicle from a behind-the scenes view with: Russ Bestler - our Parts and Service Director, Glenn Anderson and George Nagorski - our Parts Managers, Ross Meyer - our Sales Trainer/Product Specialist, along with Master Technicians and a representative from La Mettry's Collision. We have vehicles on lifts so you can see what makes your vehicle tick. Warranty, maintenance, safety equipment, how your vehicle will react in case of an accident, and much more will be covered in this seminar.

We serve sandwiches, chips, cookies and refreshments so bring your appetite too!

The second Thursday is our Hybrid class so whether you own one or if you simply want to come and learn more about hybrid technology we'd love to have you. The third Thursday is for non-hybrid owners.
